CAD (Computer Aided Draughting) has become an essential part of our daily lives, often without us knowing it. Almost everything we use today was first designed using a CAD system before it reached the production line. From cars, buildings, electrical circuits, landscaped gardens and computer casings are all examples of products that are first designed with CAD.
Dezigntek currently offers a variety of training courses to help the aspiring Draughtsman succeed in his career.

We offer individual courses in:
  • AutoCAD 2011 – 2D (Essentials)
  • AutoCAD 2011 – 3D (Intermediate)
  • Inventor 2011 (Mechanical – Essentials)
  • Revit (Architectural – Essentials)
  • Building Construction & Design, Building Standards, laws & by-laws
Prices include a copy of the program (30 day trail edition) but if you would like to obtain a program and/or exercise manual, additional cost will be added. DeZigntek offers these courses as a one week (full-time) course from Monday to Friday. Classes start at 08h30 to 16h00. The five week (part-time) training course will be on Monday’s & Wednesday’s (AutoCAD 2D & 3D) and on Tuesday’s & Thursday evenings (Revit & Inventor) between 18H00 – 20H00.

The price includes a copy of the AutoCAD 2011 & Revit program (30 day trail edition) but if you would like to obtain a program and/or exercise manual, additional cost will be added. The Architectural Academy of Draughting is a four week (full-time) course, where you will obtain three International Accredited Certificates plus a DeZigntek Building design certificate (see above courses). We will assist you to register with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession and to undergo a two-year mentorship with any Architectural company or person with a registered drawing number.

Our Training Guarantee
  • All delegates will be evaluated and assessed on completion of the courses.
  • A full report is available to the delegate's employer.
  • Should we feel that the delegate is not yet competent after completion of the course, we can offer that the student re-attends the same course at no cost.
